Subtitle Encoder Dvdsub

This encoder encodes the bitmap subtitle format in the consumer DVD. The generic storage word vobsub file (including *.idx *.sub), which is also used in Matroska files.

  But set to 1, it makes all the rows smooth. It resolves an issue that could be illegally truncated if the last row is an odd row. This option adds a transparent line only where it is needed, with a low overhead, usually an average subtitle byte count. (a modifier on the bitmap feature)

  By default, Work-around is forbidden
