FFmpeg is a free software that allows you to perform video, transfer, and stream functions in multiple formats of audio and video.
FFmpeg has an error in the "mpegts_write_pmt ()" function (libavformat/mpegtsenc. c). After successful exploitation, it can cause out-of-bounds write memory access and arbitrary code execution.
