The following factors affect the selection:
(1) transaciton (transactionCode)
(2) Document Type (Credential type)
(3) item category (project category)
(4) account assignment category (account allocation category)
(5) price display authorization (user parameter efb)
(6) release status (Approval Status)
The following configurations apply to the system.
Path: IMG-> Materials Management-> purchasing-> purchase order-> define screen layout at document level
1. Transaction field selection key (transaction code)
(1) me21

2. Activity Type field selection key (job type)
(1) akth (create)
(2) aktv (change items)
(3) akte (purchas order extension)
(4) Akta (display items)
3. Purchasing Document Type field selection key (Credential type)
The field selection key corresponding to each credential type can be assigned.
Example: Nb-> nbf ub-> UBF
4. Item Category field selection key (for each document type) (combination of project category and credential type)
The four letters indicate the different combinations of the project category and credential type. The first two letters are Pt, the third letter is the internal number of the project category, and the fourth letter is the credential type.
The internal number correspondence of the project category is (Table: t163y ):
0-Standard
1-Limit
2-consignment
3-subcontracting
4-material unknow
5-third-party
6-Text
7-storck Transfer
8-material group
9-Service
The corresponding letters of each credential type are:
A-requests for quotations
B-purchase requisitions
F-purchase order
K-Contracts
L-schedling agreement

5. Release Status field selection key (Approval Status)

Set the field attribute for each of the above influencing factors. The attribute has four options, with the priority from high to low.
Hide-> display-> mandatory-> optional
From 1 to 4, you can find the corresponding settings in the path below: IMG-> Materials Management-> purchasing-> purchase order-> define screen layout at document level
