File encoding issues in eclipse

Due to a recent small problem, let me have to record this problem, take over a project, file encoding is not uniform, CSS files are some utf-8, some gbk, resulting in some CSS style can not be displayed after saving

To modify a single file encoding:

Right-click the file->properties-> Modify the encoding

Unify a single item code:

Right-click the project->properties->resources->text file encoding add encoding UTF-8, just modify this place

Unify all project codes

Windows->preferences->general->editors->text Editors Modify it to UTF-8.
