First confirm which OU the user belongs to, right-click to create

Create a password for the user:

Right-click a user name and select the environment:

Create a user shared folder (not a dedicated folder, but used together by the user) and set it to share $ (the reason for adding $ is to hide the share:

Add the permissions fully controlled by the domain user:

Set the user's home directory. Here we define it as the R disk. In fact, we can define it at will. Its home directory is \ 172.16.1.1share $ % username %:

After confirming, create a complete user directory for this user.
