Used to define Constants

Example: Final double Pi = 3.1415926;

The initial value can be assigned at the same time as the Declaration, or the initial value can be assigned in the constructor.
Static Method

Class method, which only belongs to the class itself. The memory space is allocated during loading and called by the class name. It can also be called by objects.

Non-static methods can call static methods and variables.

Non-static methods and variables cannot be called in static methods.
