Find the smallest value in the array (ES5/ES6)

1, imperative programming, only need to iterate the algebraic group, check whether the current minimum value is greater than the array element, if the minimum value is updated.

2, functional programming, can be used math.min function, the array element passed into the comparison, using the es6 of the deconstruction operator (... ) to convert the array into a single element.
