Finding Nemo (Chinese Translation: bottom story) and Chinese Education

Finding Nemo logged into China in last July and never looked at it. Today, I just finished reading it from my classmate's machine. Suddenly, I found that Nemo's father was indeed very imaginative with Chinese education!
China's education is just like what Ling Zhijun quoted in "Growth": Chinese education always wants to make education the same for children, but in foreign countries, the opposite is true. Indeed, China's education is a step-by-step process. Just like the father of Nemo in the movie, he is always afraid that his children will cross the "Forbidden Zone". From the perspective of a father, this is understandable, however, to a certain extent, it greatly discounts the improvement of children's abilities, which may be why China cannot generate Bill Gates, no one in China will think of you as a winner if you drop out of college.
Like the turtle father in the movie, he dared to let the child try and take risks. Of course, he knew there would be no great danger to his life. He said only they (the son of the turtle who took the risk) back from there, you know if they can do it.
There must be many blogs from universities, and even many of them are still in school like me. I 'd like to know if you can become the Minister of Education, how should we improve this: Class chineseeducation?
