1. Description

IBM DB2 is primarily used in large-scale applications, with good scalability and support from mainframe to single-user environments, to all common server operating system platforms. DB2 provides high-level data utilization, integrity, security, recoverability, and execution capabilities for small to large-scale applications, with basic platform-agnostic functionality and SQL commands. The following describes how to connect the IBM DB2 database in Finebi.

2. Operation

　　 2.1 Configuration Information

2.2 Steps

This data connection uses Finebi's own driver package Db2jcc4.jar, if the version does not match, you can download the corresponding driver package of its own database and put it into %finebi%\webapps\webreport\web-inf\lib , delete the original Db2jcc4.jar package and restart the server.

Log in to the Finebi data decision system, select Data configuration > Data connection Management , click on "New Data Connection" and select IBM DB2, such as:

According to the configuration information provided earlier, input the corresponding information of the database, you can choose to fill in the encoding transformation and connection pool properties information (encoding conversion and connection pool properties refer to the configuration data connection),

In connection with Apache KYLIN, DERBY, HP Vertica, IBM DB2, INFORMIX, SQL Server, Oracle, Pivotal greenplum Database, Postgresql, Amazon Redshift, Apache Phoenix, Gbase 8S, Gbase 8T, Kingbase, Presto, SAP HANA, SAP Sybase, hbase These databases are a step closer than other data connections: Select the mode. This mode should be selected when a database such as Apache Kylin exists mode selection. If these databases are not in the mode selection, the first mode is selected by default when the business package is selected, and there is no need for schema selection when the database does not have a pattern selection like MySQL.

After the mode selection, click "OK" to add the data connection successfully.

3. Precautions

The time type cannot use the Date,year,month function in the Finedirect engine.
