In Linux, many GUI download tools are used, but to be honest, there are not many useful tools. Recently I found a cross-platform download tool multiget made by a Chinese people. In Linux, the performance is good, and the interface affinity and ease of use are both good. The most important thing is that the download speed is better than imagined, although there is still a gap between P2P download tools such as thunder in Windows, it is also very good.
Reference

The method for connecting multiget and Firefox is simple, and it also relies on flashgot.
1. Open the flashgot option and click the "General" tab.
