The various emotions displayed by the face are the most attractive to the other's attention. Before you open your mouth, the other person gets a certain amount of information from your facial expression, and you know something about your temperament, mood, personality, attitude, etc. So there is a good saying, look at people first look at the face, the face is the value of people and the appearance of character. The so-called face is not only refers to the person's appearance, mainly refers to facial expression.

For the friends who often chat on the Internet, the expression icon must be unfamiliar, in order to enhance the fun of chatting, reduce typing, the system has a large number of expression phrases, you use properly, you can receive the expression of mind, exaggeration, humorous effect. As shown in Figure 1.1.

Thinking analysis

To accurately show the meaning of expression, need a lot of observation. It is a relatively simple process to implement using technology. The main use of fireworks vector tool combined with gradient to achieve.

Implementation steps

1, create a new fireworks file.

2, in the pop-up "New Document" dialog box to set the width and height of the canvas is 400 pixels, the background color is white. As shown in Figure 1.2.

3, select the "Ellipse" tool in the toolbox, draw a wide, 200-pixel positive circle in the canvas.

4, to this positive circle to add a border, thickness of 5 pixels, the color of the value of "D44C01."

5, to this positive circle filled with radiation-like gradient. The effect is shown in Figure 1.3.

6, click the Fill Control window, open the gradient adjustment panel, adjust the color, the effect is shown in Figure 1.4.

7. Select the Pointer tool in the Toolbox to adjust the gradient direction and range in the canvas, as shown in Figure 1.5.

The purpose of this is to make the cartoon character's face more stereoscopic.

8. Begin to draw the eye part of the cartoon expression, still use "ellipse" tool to draw a small positive circle above the face, the size is 60x60 pixel.

9, the small circle to fill the dark gray close to the black, border and face of the border color consistent, but the thickness of the border is 2 pixels. The effect is shown in Figure 1.6.

10. Copy this positive circle, select one of the two positive circles, change the color to white, and remove the border color. The layer effect is shown in Figure 1.7.

11, at the same time in the property panel to the white Positive circle fill edge effect set to "feather", The value is "3". and move appropriately to the lower right corner, so that the eyes can look more stereoscopic feeling. The effect is shown in Figure 1.8.

12, again this black eye copy one, also select two positive circle below one, change the color to white, remove the border color. The layer effect is shown in Figure 1.9.

13, in the property panel set just get the white positive circle fill edge effect, still "feather", the value is "10". and appropriate to the upper left corner of the movement, so that the stereo effect of the eyes more obvious. As shown in Figure 1.10.

14, on the black eye to draw a different size of three positive circle, indicating the whites of the eyes. The effect is shown in Figure 1.11.
