command| detailed
The command was introduced in FIREWORKS3. This feature saves us a lot of work time in many ways. And it's completely open, and it's perfect for a friend who knows JavaScript scripts and likes to make web apps with FW. You can write a command plug-in for your own needs. The most significant function of command is batch processing, and with this benefit, we can perform a unified operation on various types of graphic images. Now let's get to know this knowledge.
One, the basic command section.
First, let's take a quick look at the basic command in FIREWORKS4. See the following table:
Edit Command List ... |
Edit the list of commands in which you can rename and delete the title of the command. |
Creati ve |

Convert to Grayscale |
Converts to grayscale tones. You can convert all elements in a scene to a grayscale color |
Convert to Sepia Tone |
Convert to tan tone. You can convert all the elements in the scene to brownish-brown. |
Create Picture Frame |
Create a frame. Create the image frames according to the size format of the scene. |
Doument |

Center in Document |
Document Center. Select an element to use this command to position the element in the center of the scene. |
Distribute to Layers |
Assign to a layer. To operate on multiple objects in the same layer. Use this command when selecting multiple objects in a layer to create a separate layer for each object, respectively. |
Hide other Layers |
Hide other layers. For multiple layers. Select the layer you want to edit, and use the change command to hide the other layers that are not selected. |
Lock other Layers |
Lock other layers. Operation for multiple layers. Select the layer you want to edit, and use this command to lock other layers that are not selected. |

Create Shared Palette |
Create a shared color box. To operate on an external image file. Select this command to find an external image file to read in and then save it as a custom color disk. Note: BMP-formatted images are not supported. |
Next, let's look at two examples of commands that have been applied: see Figure 1-4.

Second, the use of command plug-ins
One of the most notable and satisfying features of FW is the openness of third-party extensions. At present, there are not many people who write FW command plug-ins in China, but there are a lot of users who write their own command plug-ins abroad, but this requires deep JavaScript scripting language skills, So it's not very useful for users who use FW to make web-oriented images. So since these plugins are provided free of charge, we can use any download to extend the functionality of the FW. Our site has accumulated a part of the more Classic command plug-ins, if you need to be able to download use, Our website address is: www.oioer.com. So here we have a simple description of the command plug-in installed in use:
Plugin installation: Open the downloaded command and unzip it to the Fireworks4\configuration\commands directory. The traditional full path should be this: C:\Program Files\macromedia\ Fireworks 4\configuration\commands. These plug-in formats are. jsf files, which start fireworks after decompression, and they can be found and used in the Commands menu. See Figure 5.
This command called dotted line (dashed) is the command plugin i downloaded. Some of these command plug-ins are more classic, such as "Draw a spiral curve" "to get the bitmap to the path" These are all I need to recommend to you to use.
Third, create commands and batch processing capabilities.
Although we cannot write plug-ins, we can also create some commands that are often used with our own style. This makes it necessary to use a less-than-usual panel "History" (history). Often we just use it to repeat or delete some historical steps, Ignores its important function in creating commands. Let's take a look at how you can create a custom command from the following:
1, for example, if we want to create the same effect for many text in different documents, the step-by-step repetition is not taken. This is the way. First select the text within a document to create a effect (effect). See Figure 6-8.
|
Figure 6 is the style of the original text |
|
Figure 7, we filled out the text and applied some of the effects. |
|
Figure 8, the final text style. |
2, create the text effect, open the history (history) panel, find the steps that have just been filled and added to the text, hold down the SHIFT key, select it one by one, and press the tag with the disk style in the lower-right corner. The Fw automatically pops up a warning box, Tell you what historical steps you are going to save and ask if you want to continue. This usually happens when you choose to save multiple history steps to create a command, you don't have to ignore it, click OK to continue. This is the FW will automatically pop-up save command Prompt box, Specify a command name in the name bar. Complete the creation of the command. See Figure 9.-10
|
Figure 9, select the steps in the history panel to create text effects. |
|
Figure 10, which takes a name for the command. |
3, save it, open the Command menu and we see this custom-created order. Now you can apply it to different text in different documents. It should be explained that the saved commands not only have an effect on the text, but also work on the vector-based images in the scene. So for bitmaps, In addition to not being able to fill colors for them, other effects are equally useful.
4, we learned how to create a command, batch processing becomes obvious. Batching, in fact, is the effect of creating the same style for multiple objects at the same time. Taking the command we just built, assuming that there are 10 text in the scene to create the same effect, hold down the Shfit key, Select the elements individually, and then open the Commands menu, and apply the saved commands to create the same effect for the text, which is the batch process.
Of course, we can also create the same effect for different elements, for example, there is a text in the scene, several squares and an ellipse, select them, and apply the command. See figure 11-12.

To this end, we have a more comprehensive understanding of commands knowledge. Finally, you must be prompted to note that there are some historical steps with the "╳" fork mark that cannot be saved as commands.
