Fireworks draw the zodiac mouse stamps tutorial

When I was a child, I had the habit of collecting stamps, especially the annual zodiac stamps, which I would buy. It is still vivid to see the enthusiastic and positive scenes of the collection of stamps that have been kept for more than 10 20 years.

Today, I teach you to use fireworks MX to design our first year of the Rat Stamp, released in 1984, 18 years from today, you still remember it? In Figure one you can see the real stamps I've taken with my digital camera and the final effect of using fireworks MX imitation.

Fireworks are chosen because fireworks tools are simple and easy to find. Unlike other design software, to find a certain effect of the tool is more trouble, draw up more steps. I. Design of stamp background

First you need to design the background of the stamp before you can paint on the stamp paper.

1, a new fireworks MX file, the background is white, the size of 600*400. The interface is a little bit larger to facilitate our work in spacious areas.

2, in the toolbox to select a rectangular tool, in the work of the interface painted a 152*182 size of the rectangle, the position is 258*140, the fill color is black, do not add sideline.

3, in drawing a rectangle, the size is 144*174, the position is 261*143, the fill color chooses yellow (color code: #F5E459). Edge color is black, select the style of the sideline "spray gun"-> "Basic", click on the "Basic" menu, select "Stroke Options" to open the menu, tap the "Advanced" button, pop-up "Edit Stroke" dialog box, under "Options" to modify the "spacing" of 170%, and finally in the work interface we see the stamp background effect, As shown in Figure II.

4, only this effect is not enough, will appear the stamp paper surface is too smooth. We copy a third-step drawing and select the rectangle's fill in the property panel as "confetti," which shows a ratio of 100%. Make a tick in the small box in front of the "transparent" option so that the stamp paper has some confetti texture, similar to real paper.

Second, draw the mouse

The shape of the mouse must be drawn step-by-step with the various tools of the fireworks MX. The mouse looks like the stamp of the original mouse shape to design, we use the brush dots.

1, first with a circular tool to describe a few important parts of the mouse, the body, head, ears. The painting step is to draw a circle first, then use the white arrow tool to find the circle of each node to adjust, combine them into the basic shape of the mouse, and then fill the color. As shown in Figure three.

2, the following in the basic body of the mouse to add eyes, beard, hands, legs, tail, belly, palms and other parts, the principle of painting is also the first draw basic graphics, and then through the adjustment node to get the final figure. Some parts such as the tail, directly with the pen tool to depict the path of the graph, fill color.

3, in the shape of the formation of a need for special instructions, such as painting The mouse's hand, and the body connected to the part of the edge, in front of the belly and the palm of the part of the edge. How does this work? First draw a good hand shape, then select it, press the keyboard ctrl+shift+alt+z key, the vector map into a bitmap, you can see the transformation in the Layer panel. 4, the mouse body's fill color needs to increase the texture effect, fills the material choice for "The Thin silk", displays the proportion 30%. If you do not have this material in your system, you can download it online or choose another material to fill.

Iii. the text on the stamp

Because each person's painting skill is different, may draw out the small mouse and the original difference is bigger. But the text on the stamp we just need to find the right font, then the relevant design can achieve the simulation effect.

1. Select the Text tool in the toolbox and enter "Chinese People's postal Service". Adjust word spacing, font, and other parameters in the property panel. Font set to bold, size 11th, word spacing width of 20, font width of 115%. Now look at the text is not the same as the original stamp. As shown in Figure five, the position of the text is 371*379 in the working interface.

2, the same selected type tool to enter the number "8", the font fill color and background of the yellow corresponding (color code for #fbec86). Size of 40, because I don't have the same font as the stamp and then choose the font "Palation Linotype". Add the edge color to the text to black, and then change its angle by twisting the deformation tool, the position of the text is 469*353.

3, the following in writing a "min" word, the choice founder Yao Body word, size of 10th, font height set to 120%, font width reduced to 80%. The location is 488*359.

4, and then enter the number "1984", this is the year of the issue of stamps. The font size is 6th, with Arial font, the fill color is black, and the position is 482*359.

5, the input text "t.9.0 (1-1)", this is the set of stamps issued by the number. The font is Arial, the size is 6, the word spacing is 5, the position is 374*393.
