1. Really Like a pencil

There is no doubt that a good pencil stroke is the foundation of all things when drawing with a computer.

Try to adjust their strokes, the appropriate strokes to draw out the painting will not be too "CG."

2. How to switch strokes

When using a brush, you can't switch strokes with a hotkey?!

In this way, I switch from stroke A to stroke B, I have to use the mouse point that annoying stroke menu, and then from a lot of strokes inside choose, very troublesome.

Congratulations on seeing this Point2, you can easily switch strokes with the following methods:

First apply your custom strokes to a vector, such as a straight line.

In painting, if you want to switch to this stroke, first press "V" into the selection tool, and then select this vector line.

Finally press "B" to switch to the brush, haha, now the current stroke is just that line of strokes!

3 is stronger than rubber.

To modify some strokes of the line, the direct use of the eraser, will obviously make the edge inconsistencies (such as the left below). The reason is that the eraser is not textured.

To modify the graphic by erasing, and to ensure that the edges are consistent (as in the bottom left), the method is simple: Use the same stroke as the graphic, and then change the stroke blending mode to "erase" (the last blending mode), so that the stroke is equivalent to a textured eraser.

Note, however, that the stroke in erase mode mimics the color below, which means that it is not really erased. To really erase, make sure your background color is transparent.

4. White Foundation

After making a pencil sketch, I usually start with a white background on the object.
