First look at the effect

You don't think these images are using the filter function in PS, it's just a little bit of a trick to use in fireworks. I didn't expect FW to have this function, did I? Talk less, now let us start to practice it.

1, new file, width=4pixels,height=4pixels, background color is transparent.

2. Open Info Panel, refer to Info panel, hold SHIFT key with Rectangle tool, drag and draw a square with a length and width of 2 pixels in the editing area, the fill color is black. (with Magnifier tool, enlarge the editing area 800 times times.) If you do not enlarge can also draw this effect, congratulations, you will be interviewed. )

3. Select the black square and commands>document>center in Document so that the square is in the center of the editing area.

4, save the file to your folder, we will use it.

5, open a picture, select the picture, Commands>creative>convert to grayscale, so that the picture into a grayscale map.

6, in the picture above with a rectangular tool to drag and draw a picture and the size of the rectangle, fill the color random, because we will use the pattern to fill the rectangle,

7, select the rectangle we just painted, open the fill panel, fill the way we selected pattern (patterned fill), and then in the pattern options we select the bottom of the other

8, in the subsequent pop-up dialog box to find the image we just saved to the folder, click on the Open button

9, this time the effect as shown in the picture

10, we then to the picture above the rectangle to do some modification, select the rectangle, open the effect panel, Blur>gaussian Blur in the pop-up dialog box, we set the Gaussian blur to 1 pixels.

The final effect comes out, is it a bit like the effect of a filter added to Photoshop?

Extrapolate

Let's use a seamless filling method to do an effect.

1, new file width=16pixels,height=16pixels, background color is transparent.

2, the editing area with a magnifying glass tool to enlarge to 400 times times, open the Info panel reference. Use the rectangular tool to drag and draw a rectangle with a length of 16 pixels and a width of 1 pixels in the editing area. Then use the rectangular tool to drag and draw a height of 16 pixels, a width of 1 pixels of the shape, and select the two rectangles, modify>align>left, modify>align>top the two rectangles left aligned and top-aligned. Then save the diagram in your folder.

3, open a picture, in the top of the picture we use a rectangular tool to drag and draw a picture of the size of the rectangle. Fill it with the pattern we just finished. You can get the following image effect.

4, select the rectangle above the picture, open the effect panel, bevel and Emboss>inset emboss, in the pop-up dialog box as shown in the figure set

5, the final effect as shown

With a seamless filling method can create a lot of very cool effects, I am here just to give a start, I hope that through this chapter of learning can inspire your potential, the brain to give full play to your imagination, to make better results. :)
