sudo add-apt-repository ppa:damien-moore/codeblocks-stablesudo apt-get updatesudo apt-get Install Codeblocks Codeblocks-contrib

2. Install vim and change Utf=no to Utf=yes

sudo apt-get install vim sudo vim/etc/default/rcs
