[First phone interview]

In the morning, I received a notice from Jie, saying that the company in Shanghai will give us a telephone interview at noon. After preparing for a while, I had lunch, took a nap, and received a call from Shanghai.

Ylh was the first one. After a few minutes, it was my turn.

The interviewer was a man and asked me four questions in total:

I. Introduce myself
My balabala... made a bunch of self-introductions, which are nothing more than schools and majors.

Ii. Describe your position and job in the current company
I also talked about balabala..., R & D department,. Net programmers, and so on.

3. Introduce a project you have done
I also introduced balabala.... What are the three-tier architecture, databases, and stored procedures,
He asked me how to understand left join, right join, and union. This is easy. I have made it clear to him.

4. What is your expected salary?
Of course, this is determined based on your own situation and market conditions.

Conclusion: due to the short schedule of the interview notification, we did not make sufficient preparation.

Solution: without preparation, we need to develop the habit of summarization in daily learning to deepen understanding of knowledge.
