Select a class of software, Please analyze:

1) When did such software start appearing , and How did these software persuade you (strangers) to become their users ?  are they aiming for profit ? are they aiming to earn cash from users? Or is it something else ?

2) How did the software come into your hands (mail order, download, copy each other, buy from the App Store, ...) ）

3) How does the software handle bugs ? How is the version updated?

4) How is the same type of software competing?      

5) List the " special " phenomena you observed when using the software above , and how are they different from the hardware ? Does this illustrate some of the essential features of software ?

6) When did such software begin to appear?

7) When is your personal first use of such software, what is the state, what are the expectations of the software, and how is it obtained?

8) How did you learn to use the software? What good does it bring to you, the downside?

9) Do you still use it, or are different brands of similar software, why?

10) This software in another 10 years, 20 will still exist, why?
