At present, with the development trend of Changqing oilfield, the logging tasks of the project department in East China are increasing, coupled with the continuous impact of the external logging market, rapid, harmonious, and high-quality logging has become the foundation of every professional logging personnel.

Fast, harmonious, and high-quality logging has many influencing factors, among them, the team's internal personnel information management, job Attendance Management, bonus and money management, license management, and log records of the ground logging system have been plagued by all our field operation personnel, these tedious work problems do not matter, but directly affect the construction of a team and the performance of the team. In the past, the above information management work was generally carried out by means of Manual recording, or better, it was solved by office software such as Word and Excel. As the recorded information is scattered, the recorder changes rapidly, and the information workload is heavy, it is easy to make mistakes, causing unnecessary trouble to the team and the company. To this end, our 60107 team organized related technical personnel to design and develop the CPL field team Information Management System ver1.00 on the premise of solving the above issues.

The system is developed using Microsoft Visual C ++ 6.0 and the development platform is Microsoft Windows XP. Considering the actual operating system used by the Team and the operational skills of most users, conventional database development technologies such as ADO and mfc odbc are not used, instead, the database component class library developed by the author and the printed report class library are used. The relevant data is stored in an Excel table to facilitate further data operations.

The system can be directly copied without the related database installation and configuration steps. It is a green software and its main functions are as follows (see the attachment for the system operation interface ):

1. The system completely replaces manual information management. All management information is managed by computer software systems.

2. The system allows the Administrator to verify login to the system. All administrators have one account and one password, and the Management permission level is set freely.

3. The system comprehensively manages the personal information of team members, including general personal information, at the same time, it manages the personal ID card, bank card, employment method, credit coefficient, job name, salary change, graduation certificate, and personal photos (which can be collected by cameras.

4. The system allows you to add, modify, and manage the corresponding operation points for the team operation types (such as table cables, probe wells, production wells, and instrument scales. At the same time, all job types are marked in the unique view color to facilitate the operations of managers.

5. The system implements the attendance module of the job team. This module takes the unit of month (31 days), takes the name of the team member as the first record, and checks the attendance of each day in view color. At the same time, you can easily browse and modify the total attendance table of the month.

6. The system provides the point record editing function for each job and each job personnel. At the same time, the Unit is month, which allows you to conveniently calculate the total points of a month and the total revenue of a team.

7. The system manages the team income in a visualized manner, such as poor fees and bonuses. This module takes the job content as the first record, detailed management of the time, type, attendance staff, personal points, and other situations of each job.

9. The system manages rewards and punishments for team members.

11. The system provides report statistics and report printing for all the preceding information (this module uses self-developed class libraries.

Cpl field team Information Management System ver1.00 was designed and developed in nearly one month. All modules have been fully designed. Refined Interface Optimization, data validity detection, and System Robustness still need to be improved as soon as possible. The system has now entered the subsequent improvement and testing phase. We believe that this system can greatly improve the production efficiency of the Field Operation Team.
