If I can answer the fifth question, "What is my career plan ?" You have the final answer.
Career planning seems to have to be leveraged by many organizations and experts. It is undeniable that this research must have knowledge and training in psychology and other aspects. A person with basic Humanistic Qualities can use some simple methods to plan his career, this includes a five-step method.
Use five questions to return to zero
This kind of method designed by the author in my work practice and successfully applied by many people relies on the mode of returning to zero: start by asking who you are. There are five questions:
1. Who am I?
2. What do I want to do?
3. What will I do?
4. What does the environment support or allow me to do?
5. What is my career and life planning?
After answering these five questions and finding their most common points, you have your own career plans. If you are interested, try it now.
Take out five sheets of White Paper, a pencil, and an eraser.
Write the above five questions at the top of each sheet.
Then, let us calm down, eliminate interference, and think about each problem independently and in sequence.
For the first question, "Who am I ?" The answer points are as follows: in the face of yourself, write out all the expected answers. After you finish writing the answers, think that there are no omissions. Sort them by importance.
For the second question, "What do I want to do ?" You can trace your thoughts back to the children's age, starting from the first thought of what you want to do in your life, and then remembering what you really want to do as you grow older, record them one by one. After writing it, think about whether there are any omissions. If there is no such omission, sort it carefully.
What can I do for the third question ?" Then, we will list the proven capabilities and the potential that we think can be developed one by one. If we think there are no omissions, we will sort them carefully.
The fourth question is "What does the environment support or allow me to do ?" The answer should be slightly analyzed: the environment, including the unit, the city, the province, the country and other countries, is small and large, as long as you think that you may use the environment, all should be considered; in these environments, think about what support and permissions you may have, understand them, write them down one by one, and arrange them with importance.
If I can answer the fifth question, "What is my career plan ?" You have the final answer. Practice: Separate the first four and fifth sheets of paper, carefully compare the answers on the first and fourth sheets of paper, and link the answers with the same or similar content with a horizontal line, you will get several connections that are not at the top of the line with other connections. This is what you should do most. Your career should be in this direction. In this direction, we put forward the short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals in three years, and then put forward the goals for this year in the near future; this year's goals are divided into quarterly targets, monthly targets, weekly targets, and daily targets. In this way, you can reflect on your goals before going to bed every day, summarize achievements and mistakes, experiences and lessons of the Day, and correct tomorrow's goals and methods, after waking up the next day, you will be able to take actions with a slight review! As a result, there is no impossible plan.
Is career and life planning necessary? The answer varies from person to person. But planning will at least bring the following benefits to people.
1. reduce many anxiety and mood fluctuations (high and low ).
2. Life and work are more efficient and easier to achieve.
3. It is not easy to be disturbed by others; it may be helpful to others.
