in Excel, if the formula for a cell is a date format, then the quoted value is wrong [not a date format but converted to a numeric type], This is obviously not the result we want.




WORKAROUND: Force the text type to be converted into the formula (= "Date:" &text (A2, "yyyy-m-d") & ",")
