Fix an issue where you cannot change the mapping between a local folder and a TFS project

Source: Internet
Author: User

Issue Description: A new TFS server has been replaced and the old TFS Server is discontinued. But from the client VS2008 to connect to the new server, and download the source to the local original working folder, there is an error, said the local folder has been mapped to the old server, can not get the source from the new server. This prompt still appears after all workspace items related to the old server have been deleted through source control-workspace management.

Workaround:
In file C:\Documents and Settings\ current user \local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Team Foundation\2.0\cache\ In Versioncontrol.config,
(Vista in C:\Users\ Current user \appdata\local\microsoft\team Foundation\2.0\cache)
Cache the local folder to the old server some mapping relationship, as long as the old server related to the ServerInfo node deleted, the problem can be resolved.
