1, login webmaster tools http://ping.chinaz.com, Input dl-ssl.google.com, select "Overseas", find available IP;

2, pick a response time the shortest IP address, use cmd/terminal Ping, to ensure that the connection is normal.

3. Modify the host file and use that IP to point to the dl-ssl.google.com address.

4. Finally, you can download it happily.
