Always prompt when you start the Tomcat run project:

At least one JAR is scanned for TLDs yet contained no TLDs. Enable debug logging for the logger for a complete list of J ARs that were scanned but no TLDs were found in them. Skipping unneeded JARs during scanning can improve startup time and JSP compilation time.

Solution:
Added in Pom.xml:

<dependency>
<groupId>javax.servlet</groupId>
<artifactId>jstl</artifactId>
<version>1.2</version>
</dependency>

Before you import the Pom.xml in:

<dependency>
<groupId>jstl</groupId>
<artifactId>jstl</artifactId>
<version>1.2</version>
</dependency>

Therefore, has been an error.
