Fix Eclipse+maven tip One or more constraints has not been satisfied problem

Problem phenomenon:

The following two errors are always displayed after compiling a project:

One or more constraints has not been satisfied.

Deployment assembly and Java version do not match

Solution:

Add the following in Pom.xml, and then maven->update Project
