Chrome 54 or later does not come with flash, and when playing Flash video, chrome downloads the SWF file. If the Flash plugin is enabled in Chrome://plugins, flash out of date is displayed.
Need to have chrome install Flash plugin. Enter chrome://components in the Address bar, and then click Check for update, chrome under Adobe Flash Player to download the install Flash plugin. The download plugin requires a proxy, but Chrome does not use the proxy provided by the proxy plug-in and should be proxied with an external program. I use the router's shadowsocks directly.
At this point, if the Flash plugin is enabled, it will be stuck in checking for status. The Flash plugin needs to be disabled first to chrome://plugins.
After installing the display component updated, enter Chrome://plugins in the Address bar, click Details on the right side of the page, click Enable under Ppapi in the Adobe Flash Player entry, and tick "always Allowed to run, enable Flash.
