Fix Win8.1 game's mouse lag problem

As Ghacks.net reported, mouse lag is due to the lack of use of raw input or direct input can not correctly read the movement of the mouse, because Microsoft in Win8.1 modified the DPI framework.

To fix the Win8.1 mouse lag, you need to find the game's executable file, right-click, and click the "Properties" option. In the compatibility column, see "Compatible mode run Game" and select "Win8" from the Drop-down menu.
