To create a certificate from the command line

You can also use the Air developer Tools (ADT) utility that came with the Air SDK to create a self-signed certificate from the command line. The syntax is as follows:
ADT-CERTIFICATE-CN commonname keyType certificatefile Password

For example:
ADT-CERTIFICATE-CN cert1 1024-rsa mycert.p12 2010an12as

This command will use the common name Cert1, 1024-rsa key type, file name MYCERT.P12, and password 2010an12as to create a certificate.

Ps:adt command is stored under the Air SDK folder
