2. Point Menu "View"-the ruler, respectively, on the stage of the scale of 0 to pull through, weft Auxiliary line, the intersection of two lines is the center point of the frame. The following figure:

3. Then pull out the left and top border lines of the two frames (this is for the size of the control box), as shown below:

　　(ii) Frame of picture frame:

1. Select the Ellipse tool, the stroke color is black, no fill color, click on the "frame" layer of the first frame, the cursor on the stage of the "center point" (to be very accurate OH), while holding down the ALT key, the lower right to drag the mouse, draw the oval, pay attention to the oval top and left close to the two guides. Use the same method to draw two smaller ellipses (this is to fill in different colors to reflect the frame of the three-dimensional), and then draw a slash in the top and bottom of the ellipse to separate the color fill. 2. Fill the frame color: I think the picture frame color should not be too colourful, so use a lighter naturals. Color fills the side of the light, as shown below:

1. The first frame of the dot "outside pattern" layer, enlarge the image to 200% (big good picture), select "Line tool", stroke Color "red" (first with red painting, good resolution) stroke size is 5 (you can also use a smaller painting before adjusting to 5)

To take care of beginners, wordy, about drawing with line tools: Because all the lines are arc-shaped, and with the "Line tool" (shortcut key N) can only draw a straight segment, so draw the first line segment, and then use the selection tool (shortcut key V) Alignment line, in the lower right of the cursor into a half moon, pushing the line, It is curved. Use the selection tool to select the two patterns on the stage, you can see the red two patterns are separated, then hold down the ALT key, the "pattern" dragged a little bit modified--deformation--vertical flip, drag it into the frame of the lower part of the symmetrical position. Then change the color so that it is the same color as the frame. 4. This step is very important, that is, the pattern of the plane into three-dimensional. Click the first frame of the "outside pattern" layer, click "Modify"--convert to a component--check "movie clips"--OK! Open the filter-dot Plus, add a filter.

Select Bevel and Drop shadow, and the parameter defaults are good.

(d) In order to make the picture frame look better, add some "flash" in the appropriate place, I think we all will make "Cross Star", from the original saved file to pull out "cross Star", put in the appropriate position. Insert KeyFrames at frame 4th of the "flash" layer, point "properties"--color--brightness--to extend the brightness to 38% to frame 6th. Extend all layers to frame 6th. The following figure:

1. Point "frame bottom" layer 1th frame, with the above method of drawing the ellipse, with "center point" as the centre, draw a larger than the inner diameter of the frame (do not exceed the outside diameter) of the oval, fill in their favorite color. The following figure:

2. At the bottom of the "background" layer, with a rectangular tool, no stroke color, fill color by their favorite, draw a 550*400 box, relative to the stage full center. The following figure:

3. Everything is ready now, waiting for you to put the photos into the "photo" layer! Because of the size of the frame, if the photo is too large, you can add a mask layer to show only the picture in the frame.
