First, create a new 300*400, background color for the black Flash document, select "File-Import-Import to stage" in layer one, and import a picture in advance, set the height and width to 400x300,x and y to 0 in the picture properties.

Second, press Ctrl+f8 to create a new graphic component, in the component to draw a circle, the size of random.

Third, in the return scene, create a new layer, press Ctrl+l to drag component 1 to the scene (that is, the component that just drew the circle), click the Circle, name it "Shan" (without quotes) in the property palette, and right-click in Figure 2 to select the mask.
