Use the Shockwave Flash Object Control in the control toolbox of the PPT to add a SWF file to the PPT. Right-click the SWF file and change the value of embedmovie to true when editing its attributes. This means to embed the file into the PPT and you can delete the SWF source file.
Insert Flash using the Shockwave Flash Object Control:
1) run the PPT and switch to the slide to insert the Flash animation.
2) Click the "View" menu, click "toolbar" in the drop-down menu, and then click "control toolbox" in the pop-up submenu. The "control toolbox" appears ".
3) Click "other controls" in the "control toolbox" (the last button in the toolbox is circled in). The ActiveX control window is displayed, the window lists all ActiveX controls installed in the system. Click Shockwave Flash Object in the Control List using the cursor control key on the keyboard. The control window is automatically closed.
4) move the cursor to the editing area of the PPT. The cursor turns into a 10-character shape. Press the mouse and drag it to draw a rectangle of the appropriate size. This rectangle area is the area where the animation is played.
5) Right-click the rectangle and click "properties" in the shortcut menu to display the "properties" window.
6) Click the "Custom" column in the "properties" window. A button appears on the right side of this column. ". You can use the default option for other projects, and then press "OK" to return the PPT.
7) show the slide and the picture you expect will appear.
Note:
A) the system requires the "Shockwave Flash Object" control to use this method. Do not worry about this problem. This control is installed on most machines.
B) in step 5, double-click the rectangle box to open the "properties" window.
C) You can also directly enter the path of the Flash Animation in the text box on the right of the "movie" column in the "properties" window, instead of using the custom method in Step 6.
D) The size of the rectangular box is the size of the animation window during the screening. Of course, the size of the rectangular box can be changed by dragging the handle of the rectangular box. During Flash Animation playback, the mouse is in the Flash playback window, responding to the Flash mouse event; outside the flash playback window, responding to the PPT mouse event.
