Flash8 make a nice feather mask chart

A few simple steps! The premise is that you understand FLASH8 's new function "blur"! I use the FLASH8 Chinese version;

To make it clear, I use three layers, the topmost layer "action" to place the action, the second layer "mask" to place the blur circle of the mask, and the bottom layer "back" is to place the background picture!

First step: Create three new layers first! From top to bottom for the layer named "Action" "Mask" "Back";

Step two: Import a picture on the back layer, then go to the movie clip, and the instance is named "Back," and then notice that the movie property is set to create a bitmap for this symbol at run time.

Step three: On the "mask" layer, draw a circle, turn into a movie clip, and the instance named "MASK_MC", then add the blur effect;

Fourth step: On the "Action" layer, add the following code:
