Public flush ([Mindiskspace:number]): Object

Writes a local permanent shared object to the local file immediately. If you do not use this method, Flash writes the shared object to the file at the end of the shared object session (that is, when the SWF file is closed, when the shared object is garbage collected because it no longer has a reference, or when you call Sharedobject.clear ()).
