(1) Create a new graphic element with the name "Candle". Into the editing scene for this component.
(2) "Candle" components are divided into three layers. Make the candle body layer first. Double-click Layer 1 on the timeline and rename layer 1 to "candle body". As shown in Figure 2-120.

(3) Press ctrl+l key to open the library panel, drag the "Candle body" component onto the stage. Select the symbol to hold down the ALT key and drag and drop to copy, as shown in Figure 2-121.

(4) Select all components, perform the "modify" | "Align" | "Left" command, and then perform the "distribute evenly by height" command, as shown in Figure 2-122.

(5) Use the "freeform tool" to rotate the top and bottom components, as shown in Figure 2-123.

(6) Point the mouse at the "Candle" layer, right-click, and select Insert Layer from the pop-up shortcut menu. The system defaults to the layer "Layer 2", double-click "Layer 2", renamed "Candle Flame". Drag the candle component in the library panel to the appropriate location. As shown in Figure 2-124.

(7) Insert a new layer and rename the layer to "candle light". Drag the "Candle light" component onto the stage. Because the candle is in the back of the candle, so use the mouse to select the "Candle" layer, drag it into the "candle" layer underneath. The three-tier arrangement is now shown in Figure 2-125.

(8) Change the background color to black in the properties panel to make the candle more brightly colored. The finished candle is shown in Figure 2-126.
