When browsing Web pages with IE, you often encounter flash9 plug-in loading errors. If you choose to continue, the CPU takes up to 90% or more seconds before the Web page shuts down automatically. If you turn off the Flash9.ocx, do not load, flash can not see.

How to solve?

Method One:
Re-register the following DLL file, you point "start", "Run" on the desktop:
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll (Note this command)
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

Note: The second command does not have to lose, you can restart Windows after you finish the command, and then re-enter the second command if it is found to be invalid.

Method Two:
It is also invalid if a method is used to re-register regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll, or after a registry error.
Extract Oleaut32.dll files from the Windows CD in MDAC_IE5. CAB package, is also extracted with WinRAR and overwrites the existing.

Method Three:
Flash9.ocx loading failure may also be a problem with COMCTL32.DLL files. This file may be replaced when you upgrade IE or windows, and perhaps a new version of the COMCTL32.DLL file has a bug.
Find a Windows installation CD, search for it, find a file named Comctl32.dl_, copy it, extract the file as a COMCTL32.DLL file with WinRAR, and overwrite the existing file.

Method Four:
If you have trouble, there is a tricky way, you first installed Flash8 plug-in, and then the Flash9 plug-in installation.
1, uninstall the original installed Flash9 Plug-ins, with the following counter installation tools;

Uninstall_flash_player.exe
2, then reinstall the FLASH8 plug-in;
3, the final installation of Flash9 Plug-ins;
4, after the restart IE, OK.

Method Five:
Finally, there is a straw, that is, to reload windows, but for such a small mistake, it seems a bit uneconomical to reload the system. So you might as well try the previous method.
