In daily Office, Word and PDF are the formats we use most often, but unfortunately the two formats are not directly interchangeable. The problem of the interchange between Word and PDF can only be solved by ourselves.
With Flashpaper, it's easy to convert a Word document into a PDF. Flashpaper is a commercial software, but in the probation period is enough for us to use the function of converting document format.
Step one: first download the install flashpaper, and then open Word, you will find that the word toolbar more than three new buttons.
Step Two: Open the Word document you want to convert into a PDF, and then click the Convert current document to PDF button to set the save location for the converted PDF file in the pop-up dialog box, and click the Save button to make it convenient.
Tip: Because it is a trial version, the registration prompt will pop up before you save it, select the second item, and then click "Continue".
If you do not start Word, right-click any Office document directly in Explorer, and then choose Convert to PDF using Macromedia Flashpaper, which can also be quickly converted to PDF.
Step Three: Although the above method is fast, but can not set more PDF options, such as encrypting documents, restricting others to print, and so on. So we can do the conversion operation in the Flashpaper main interface, so we can get more control.
1. Double-click the "Macromedia Flashpaper 2" shortcut icon on your desktop to start the software.
2. Drag and drop the Word document directly from the Explorer into the Flashpaper main interface.
3. Execute the "file→options" menu command, open the Options dialog box, and click the PDF Security tab. As shown, selecting the first option and then setting the password (Password) will prevent someone from opening your PDF document. In the second option, you can set whether to prohibit other people to print, edit, select text and so on the operation, these will protect the copyright of the PDF document.
4. When you are sure to return to the main screen, click on the "Save as PDF" button on the toolbar.
