Flask appears oserror: [Winerror 10038] attempted an operation on a non-socket

The python version of the recent Learning Flask Framework is 3.5.2, the operating system is WIDNOWS7, the firewall has been turned off, but turning on debug will cause an error .

app = Flask (__name__)

@app. Route ("/")

Errors are as follows

OSError: [Winerror 10038] An operation was attempted on a non socket

Solving Method

"Run" netsh winsock reset (widnows+r)
This solves the problem of not opening flask debug mode
