32-bit program acquires system installation time on 64-bit system (to use Key_wow64_64key tag)

It is well known that the installation time of the system is preferable to the subkey installdate of the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion, This value is a DWORD type of Unixstamp.
However, on 64-bit systems (Win7, WIN8 only), by default 32 programs on 64-bit machines are accessing the following address Hkey_local_machine\software\wow6432node\microsoft\ Windows NT\CurrentVersion. However, the value of InstallDate under this registry is 0.
Therefore, the 32-bit program under the 64-bit system, read the registry flag to add Key_wow64_64key to get the correct value.
