403 Error! VISUALSVN server's residue!!!
This is the case, originally loaded VISUALSVN server and Tortoise SVN, later because to install the operation Wamp need to switch off the VISUALSVN service, and then I kill in the process manager, the result wamp icon or orange, I stopped visuvalsvn in the service, Wamp still orange. To CMD under the netstat-ano,80 port is still occupied by VISUALSVN, but in the process manager to clearly do not have this PID. So the visualsvn and tortoise were deleted.
Restart, open the Wamp, after a while, green. So look forward to clicking localhost. However, the page that pops up is in the Address bar: localhost/svn/, and the 403 error is displayed!!
