When you start a Tomcat server in eclipse, it is often due to a system initialization project that results in a 45-second Tomcat server startup error.  

Typically, by locating the XML configuration file, the value corresponding to timeout 45 is modified to be considered large enough to solve the problem.

Workaround:
1. Double-click the corresponding tomcat in the servers view to open the server's properties interface. Such as:

3. Save the changes and restart Tomcat. If the timeout error is still reported, continue with the above steps to change the start value under timeouts;
