SQL Sever provides four ways to backup your database:
Full backup: All content that backs up the entire database includes the transaction log.
Differential backup: Backs up only the portions of the data that have changed since the last full backup.
transaction log backup; Only the contents of the transaction log are backed up.
File or filegroup backup "backs up only some files in a file or filegroup.
During a full database backup, SQL Sever does the following:
Backs up files and the structure of all tables in the database and related file structures.
Backs up all activities that occur during a backup.
Backs up transactions that are not acknowledged in the transaction log.
Backup of the database:
Click on the database you want to manipulate, right click on the task, and click Backup.
Above you can select the database you want to operate, the address of the system below, you can also customize the backup address.
Restoring the database:
Right-click the system database and click Restore Database.
Select the database you want to operate, and you can back up the database by writing the database address library you backed up.
