Open iexpress.exe (a wizard-type cab creation tool provided by windows, which is located at c: \ windows \ system32)
Select "Create a new self-extract specified file" and click "Next ".
Select "create compressed file only (ActiveX installation)" and click "Next ".
Click "add" to add the created default. inf and getcertocx. ocx files, and click "Next ".
Select "do not save" and click "Next ".
Click "Next ".
Click "finish" to exit the wizard and generate the cab file.
3. Sign the file
1. makecert-SS print-n "cn = ** Company"-SV c: \ ocxprint \ Print. PVK-R c: \ ocxprint \ Print. Cer
SK-indicates the key container location of the topic, the certificate storage name of the SS-topic, the N-certificate issuing object, and the R-certificate storage location, -SV: export the private key file (used for signature ). 2. cert2spc c: \ ocxprint \ Print. Cer c: \ ocxprint \ Print. SPC
3. Open signtool.exe to sign the cab file.
