As shown in the following illustration, we are prompted to direct online Adobe Flash Player installation to encounter an error, and if so, how to solve the problem.
1, the direct installation will have the following error, the system prompts to uninstall the old version and then install again
2. Click the Start Menu in the Windows computer to go to the Control Panel and find the uninstall icon (meaning to remove the old version of Adobe Flash Player)
3, in the removal of the program interface to find Adobe Flash Player, such as Adobe Flash Player 17.0, we want to update the version of Adobe Flash Player18.0. or newer version, so we want to delete the old version.
4, after the uninstall is completed as shown in the following figure
5 and then if we are downloading the installer package on the computer just double click the Adobe Flash Player 18.0 installation package to install
6, this installation will not have error prompts.
Note When installing Adobe Flash Player we'd better get out of the browser so we can avoid some of the other problems and if we remove Adobe Flash Player or not, let's restart the computer to see.
