Advantages and potential of cloud-based Unified Communication

Nearly 60% of companies have begun to use some form of managed Unified Communication Service, or called Unified Communication as a service (UCaaS ). This provides enterprises with a service in the form of Internet and enterprise IP networks, this service includes instant messaging services, Internet-based voice services, and video conferencing services within the enterprise.

Because training is not required for outsourcing services for Unified Communication Management, and there is almost no need for too much capital investment, lazar pointed out that IT staff can spend more time in strategic decisions to promote productivity development.
