Reflection on the time of study
Someone once said: If you want to be the best of the best in a certain area of knowledge, you have to spend at least 10,000 hours of real practice and learning. However, Josh Kaufman has overturned these ideas, proposing that you need only 20 hours to get a good grasp of a new knowledge and skills. If we can get through the discomfort and frustration of the beginner stage within the first 20 hours, we can actually easily get into a whole new field. 20 hours = 2 sleeping nights = 1 weeks of entertainment time combined. Don't believe me?
One flower One world, one leaf one bodhi; one course a day, one semester a week.
Now believe it ~ (??_?)? ------------->_>->_>->_> If you still don't believe me, please look down 、、、
A case of efficient use of time:
Learn more and more knowledge, do more things ~ is the knowledge, the spirit of double full.
Scott Yang (Scott Young) completed the legendary MIT computer science curriculum in all 33 courses, from linear algebra to computational theory, within 12 months. According to his progress, it takes about 1.5 weeks to finish a course. This is the most fulfilling person I have ever seen in college.
The Battle Falcon (Daniel) evaluates this approach:
Rating A:
Study 10 hours a day, 10 days or so to test once, and through, this learning efficiency is very high, let alone repeat 33 times.
Admittedly, we are learning a new knowledge in a short time to focus attention is not difficult, but after a period of time, if you do not have a good relaxation, as long as the continuous three months around will reach a bottleneck, understanding and mental state can not continue, the bottleneck will repeat, like a lot of people in the first few months to persist, But it will not be able to persist after 6 August. Repeating three times or so will face a tipping point, after which it is easy to continue.
Evaluation B:
Deliberate practice does not have the concept of "entertaining". Once a famous violinist said that if you practice your fingers, you can practice all day, but if you are practicing your brain, you can practice two hours a day. A master's practice is up to 1 to 1.5 hours each time, up to 4-5 hours per day. No one gets more. The average female fan may think Beckham's star is cute, and what they may not know is that few players can finish Beckham's training because it's too hard.
Feasibility of implementation:
"A short time to focus on learning a new knowledge is not difficult" + "(deliberate practice) a master's practice each time up to 1 to 1.5 hours, up to 4-5 hours per day. No one gets more "--combined with our 20-hour experience of learning a textbook, we come to the conclusion that we do not practice strictly, and that our strength is not as high as that of a foreign boy, and that it takes only 20 hours in a round, even if it is done with deliberate practice. After each study, we can take a break and relax without pressing. And as far as I am concerned, it is possible to perform an efficient learning schedule of about eight hours a day. However, be sure to take advantage of eight hours of efficient time.
