I have read a lot of personal growth-related books. I always think that there is no book that can tell us in a systematic and comprehensive way what personal growth needs to know, therefore, I have organized the essence of all the pieces of knowledge that I have learned and continuously systematize them. I have joined some guiding practices and proposed agile individuals. Knowing ourselves, managing ourselves, and pursuing a happy, efficient, and balanced success is the foundation of agile individuals. This book explains how agile individuals can guide us to balance our work and life, find your value and live your best life. I believe that everyone is different, so I will not explain the specific direction, but I will give some guiding suggestions, at the beginning, you can use some knowledge, exercises, and questions to build your own personal growth system. With your practice and understanding, you will form your own system.

I have worked as an architect in a listed software company for more than 10 years and focus on product management, software development, and agile individuals. While gradually thinking about myself, I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of the methods used in project management, product design, enterprise architecture, software development methods, and other work can be applied to my personal growth, so I began to combine my own experience to absorb and accumulate these contents. After some experiences, I began to share with more friends who are interested in self-growth through many blogs, articles, lectures, and exchanges. I have organized online communication and offline clubs, and I am more and more fond of this contribution to help others grow as I continue to express my gratitude to others, I hope agile individuals can help more people grow up, which is also the main reason why I write books.

From work till now, I have never stopped learning. It is not difficult for a person to study for a long time. What is difficult is that he does not know how to apply it after learning or where to go next? I was also confused when no one guided me to work for a long time; I was also sad when I expressed my opinion, and I was also lonely when no one supported my opinion; when I was busy learning, I began to stop and think about my next step. So I learned to comprehend and practice from numerous articles, books, and videos. A large amount of knowledge, such as inspirational, philosophical, psychological, sociology, and Goal Management and time management, suddenly came to my eyes, and I discovered that I had made the biggest mistake before, that is, I didn't know myself before, so I couldn't talk about how to manage myself. Even if I used some methods and tools, it was just a superficial short-term behavior, you cannot really let yourself grow up.

It is not difficult to know yourself. As long as you constantly experience and comprehend and improve your work and life, you can do it. Every one of us is growing up. You may think that I already know something in the book. "So I hope you can honestly ask yourself," Have I used this content in my real life? How is it used? "Agile individuals do not succeed in learning. In addition to awakening our consciousness and motivating ourselves, agile individuals also provide a set of methods, principles, and practices that can be immediately executed to guide us in our immediate actions. For all the content in this book, even if you have a resonance after reading it at the time, if you just stay thinking and do not actually start to practice, I think your life will not change much.

After reading this book, I will be able to give you some inspiration and gains. It would be better to compile these contents into a classic book in the field of personal growth, but a mature tool book for personal growth still needs to be tested over the years, I hope you can give me all kinds of feedback to gradually improve agile individuals, so that more people can benefit from them and be truly yourself.

You can read it from any page, and I will indicate where it is associated with other chapters.
  • It is faster to help others to be happy. I suggest you read it as a teacher. In addition to learning this knowledge, you should also be prepared to share or discuss with others. In the beginning, it may be forced or chaotic, and some time is not agile enough. These operations are normal, but as long as you talk about yourself, think carefully, and practice, agility can become your subconscious behavior. There is no failure for agile individuals to learn. As long as you start to act, there is only a fast growth rate and difficulty. Unless you give up completely, there will be no failure at all, you can make better progress than before. However, reading and practicing based on the following steps will help you get twice the result with half the effort.

  1. Preparation: reading books and awakening driven by your success. Think about the reason and motivation before each exercise.
  2. Understanding concepts, methods, and tools: empty cup mentality, focusing on understanding and absorbing knowledge.
  3. Thinking about exercises: each exercise will bring you positive energy and cultivate some insights, even after several minutes.
  4. Practice: when we return to our daily life and work, our thoughts and attitudes determine the impact of practice. If the contact is terminated too quickly, these effects may disappear quickly.
