Align and text-align

"1" In addition to the picture, align and text-align mean the same, are defined in the label content horizontal alignment, divided into left, center, right

"2" however, the positions align and text-align are placed in are different:

(1) in the label directly set the content of the horizontal alignment, to use Align, with Text-align does not work

(2) Set the horizontal alignment of content in CSS style sheet , use text-align, align not work

"3" picture only align this kind of writing, does not have text-align this kind of wording, it represents the picture in the entire page the horizontal alignment way
