The remote computer requires network Level authentication, and your computer does not support the verification, contact your system administrator or technician for assistance

Workaround

1. Run "regedit" to open the Registry Editor, enter "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa", double-click "Security Packages" in the right column to open Edit Multi-String dialog box to add the "tspkg" character to the list box cursor.

2, then navigate to "Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\securityproviders", double-click the "SecurityProviders" string on the right, open " Edit String dialog box, add ", Credssp.dll" to the end of the value, note that there is a space in English after the comma.

3, quit the registry program, restart the computer after troubleshooting.

attached: About Network Level Authentication (NLA)

Network Level Authentication is a new authentication method that completes user authentication before you establish a full Remote Desktop connection and the logon screen appears.

Network Level authentication has the following advantages:

• Initially it only requires a small amount of remote computer resources, because the remote computer uses only limited resources before authenticating the user. In earlier versions, the remote computer started a full Remote Desktop connection.
• It can help improve security by reducing the risk of denial-of-service attacks (denial-of-service attacks that attempt to limit or block access to the Internet).
• It uses remote computer authentication. This helps prevent users from connecting to remote computers that are established for malicious purposes.

To verify that the computer is running a Remote Desktop version that has network Level authentication, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, and then click Remote Desktop Connection.
2. Click the icon in the upper-left corner of the Remote Desktop Connection dialog box, and then click About.
3. Ensure that the word "Support Network Level Authentication" appears.
