ALM cannot be browsed under WIN7/IE8

Operating system WIN7 64 bits.

After installing ALM, open view with IE8, no login interface, prompt to install something.

Follow the prompts to install, no response, and then go online to check the information:

alm/qc11.0 in win8/IE11 Unable to browse the page display requires installation of plug-ins, installation of ALMone. msi failed, prompting cannot be installed on Windows xp/vista/  Windows7 x64. UAC is turned off, BCD is turned off, browser security level is low, protection mode is unchecked, certificate address mismatch, revocation certificate is unchecked, machine restarted. Workaround:1, the Internet option in IE11- Advanced Certificate address mismatch occurs warning, certificate revocation is unchecked 2, and then to the Compatibility view settings, Add the address of the QC11 access to the site 3 that has been added to Compatibility View , right-click the IE11 icon and select Open as Administrator through the above three steps of my own Win8 system +IE11 is successfully logged in.

But it didn't solve my problem.

Later changed a bit IE32 , reopened, unexpectedly on the success, IE32 is usually brought from, do not install, the path is:C:\Program Files (x86) \internet Explorer
