Android Camera setrecordinghint function on some phone issues.

Setrecordinghint

This function is to improve the performance of Mediarecorder recording camera video.

Problem:

If this function is set to True, the preview screen on some phones is distorted, and there is no mention in the official Android document

This change, the reason is unclear, for compatibility, had to comment out this function.

Phones that are known to be faulty:

MI 2, LG part phone
